An overview of the journey

Studying abroad may seem complicated, but it is actually a series of logical, sequential steps. Once you know the correct order, it turns from confusing chaos into a clear plan. Here is the whole journey in six steps.

Step 1: Choosing the university and specialty

Everything starts with a clear decision: which specialty you want, in which country, and which university. At this stage we help you balance fees, recognition, location and language of study, to reach the best option for your situation together.

Don't rush here — the right choice of university saves you a lot later.

Step 2: Preparing and attesting documents

After selecting the university, we start preparing your documents: certificates, passport, medical exam, photos, and translating and attesting them correctly. This stage needs precision, and any mistake in it delays everything after it.

Step 3: University admission and official invitation

We send your documents to the university, and after your acceptance the official invitation is issued — a government document essential for obtaining the visa. Receiving the invitation is the first tangible proof that your seat is reserved.

We follow up with the university until the invitation arrives, and keep you updated on every development first-hand.

Step 4: Obtaining the student visa

With the official invitation and required documents, we guide you in obtaining the student visa from the embassy, and prepare the complete application file with you so it isn't rejected for any formal reason.

Step 5: Travel and airport reception

We help you arrange travel, and on arrival our representative receives you at the airport and takes you directly to your housing. You don't arrive in a foreign country alone — you find someone waiting for you who speaks your language.

Step 6: Final registration and residence
